About COTIQU

COTIQU stands for COst, TIme, QUality, the three constraints that act upon every project. COTIQU offers vendor independent IT services to the association industry.

COTIQU is owned and managed by John Walker. John has been working in the IT industry for over 30 years, 18 years of which were spent living in Germany and consulting on projects throughout Europe. John has gained experience in development, architecture, infrastructure projects, application projects and project management.

John’s background has been primarily in the large corporate arena and since 2011 he has been actively working within the association industry on projects for a variety of clients.
